Mobile Oven
It consists of two or three fixed firing bases (platforms) and a modular metal body manufactured in reinforced steel structure, coated with ceramic fiber blanket inside.
This thermal insulation made with fiber, reflects heat instead of absorbing it, thus making better use of the heat generated by the furnaces resulting in fuel savings.
For one better use of the oven, we control the temperature at each stage of the firing process through controllers, thermocouples and a computerized monitoring system, avoiding losses caused by excess fuel and guaranteeing the quality of the products.
With a differentiated Sieve, we managed to generate, in addition to a uniform burning, also generate fuel savings.

Oven wagon
It has a ceramic fiber system for its thermal insulation, the ceramic blanket is applied in modules.
The kiln automation system assists in the process of extracting the wagon with burnt bricks, with electrical panels and reducers.
The cost of installing the furnace is lower and its manufacturing time is also faster.
Bricks are fired evenly, which eliminates reburning or failing to burn the pieces .
